These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website.

2. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties for online sales of products offered by JOYPPO on its website.

Placing an order on the site means full acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website. Each product has a detailed description.

Photographs are shown for guidance only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).

JOYPPO may change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed.

Shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

The customer places the order directly on the website.

An order is confirmed when:

  1. The customer confirms the bag
  2. Payment is accepted
  3. A confirmation email is sent

The company may cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is secure. Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the customer, according to the option chosen at checkout.

Orders are prepared within 4 business days after payment is confirmed, then handed to the carrier. Transit time is added to this preparation time and depends on the carrier and the destination.

In France and Monaco, home delivery is free. For other destinations, fees depend on the delivery zone.

Delivery options and fees are shown before the order is confirmed.

JOYPPO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the parcel has been handed over.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under European law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase.

The product must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective product.

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return.

9. Returns and exchanges

To make a return, contact sophie@joyppo.com with the subject line: “Return for order no. …”.

Returned items must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • With their labels
  • In the original packaging

Damaged or worn items cannot be refunded.

10. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

11. Intellectual property

Every element of the site — logo, brand name, images, text, design and products — is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

12. Personal data

Personal data is collected only in order to process orders.

Under the GDPR, the customer may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting sophie@joyppo.com.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
